Roofing with Integrity

Taking a full-system approach to residential roofing keeps contractors focused on quality and homeowners happy for the long-term.

When choosing a residential roofing product for their home, customers put much of the focus on the exterior shingle - but roofing contractors know the curb appeal of a new shingle color scheme or sleek product upgrade is only as good as what’s underneath. A healthy roof system designed for the long-term is exactly that – a system of components that work together to create a lasting solution to all the elements.

Moves toward cleaner shingle production

Nearly 4% of U.S. homes have solar panels installed and that number is projected to continue to grow with incentives continuing in major solar markets, and the new goals included in the Inflation Reduction Act. With solar energy one of the fastest growing, clean-energy sources in the U.S. - how will the housing and roof restoration markets respond?

CertainTeed Believes That Solar is a natural extension of the roof, and of the home — the primary asset of most families, the place where children are raised, and memories are made.

CertainTeed is approaching solar from the built environment. We understand solar cannot compromise the home aesthetic and that it needs to weather years of changing seasons and challenging conditions.

With deep appreciation of what it takes to build a home; strong partnerships within the construction community and a proven commitment to making homes smarter, safer and more sustainable, we create solar solutions the world can trust.

CertainTeed's Solstice® Panel solar system combines the efficiency and affordability of traditional solar products with the unique value of CertainTeed's comprehensive warranty, which covers the full system, as well as its professional installation, for up to 25 years. We've selected the highest quality system components and paired them with our solar modules for a seamless solar experience.

CertainTeed’s Solstice® Shingle system is the pinnacle of energy production, using high efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar cells to capture and convert maximum solar energy. Solstice Shingle also functions as a roof, generating clean energy while protecting your home from water intrusion.
